  • Take a structured approach to trialing supplements (enzymes, probiotics, gut nutrients, or fibers)

  • Track changes in your symptoms and tolerance in real time

  • Identify what’s actually working — and what’s not — so you can move forward with clarity and confidence

  • 2 virtual check-in sessions (30 minutes each)

  • Personalized symptom + supplement tracker

  • Extend chat access for an additional six months for questions and quick guidance between sessions
