To decide if health coaching is right for you, please schedule a complimentary 25-minute discovery call. During this time, we will discuss your wellness goals and how I can best support you. This is also an opportunity to get to know me and ask questions about my coaching process. We will also discuss my coaching package to see if it is a good fit.
Our initial session together will include a thorough health assessment and review of your overall health, lifestyle habits, dietary preferences, obstacles, and more. Together, we will create a plan specifically designed for you incorporating your personalized preferences and goals. The initial session is 60-minutes and takes place via video chat on the Zoom platform. Please let me know if you would prefer in-person, and I would be happy to coordinate that.
During our follow-up sessions, we will review your progress, address obstacles, update your plan, and make adjustments to suit your preferences. If you would just like to have a Q&A session to ask a nutritionist general questions and advice, this would be suitable for you. Follow-up sessions are 30-minutes and take place via video chat on the Zoom platform. Please let me know if you would prefer in-person, and I would be happy to coordinate that.
